Your Order and Your Files

  • TALK Studios Games is a digital kit. Your download includes the Leader's Guide booklet with word-for-word scripts, common pitfalls, game variations, and debrief questions for all seven games. You also get one slide for each game so you can project it, one poster for each game, and the "We Are A TALK Classroom" poster. Everything arrives as digital files you can use on a screen or print.

  • Within a few minutes of checkout. We deliver TALK Studios Games by email through our secure download partner, so the message will come from noreply@digital-downloads.com rather than a TALK Studios address. That email contains your download links. Save it somewhere you can find it again.

  • Search your inbox for "digital-downloads.com" first, because the delivery email comes from noreply@digital-downloads.com and it's easy to scroll past. Check your spam and promotions folders too. If it still hasn't turned up after 15 minutes, email us at hello@talkstudios.com with the name and email address you used at checkout and we'll resend your files.

  • The Guide, slides and all posters are print-ready PDFs. Everything opens on a computer, tablet, or phone, and anything you want on a wall can go to your home printer or a print shop.

  • No. Many leaders run TALK Studios Games entirely from a screen by projecting the game slide. Printing is optional. The same files work on the wall of a classroom, on the fridge at home, or on the screen in a meeting room.

  • Yes. Your download email is your access point, so hang on to it. If a link stops working or the email disappears into the void, contact us at [support email] and we'll send a fresh one.

  • No. TALK Studios Games is a one-time $40 purchase. Download it once and use it for the whole school year and beyond, whenever you want and as often as you want. There is no subscription and no per-student fee.

  • Your purchase covers one leader, and each booklet is licensed to the person who bought it, so please don't forward the files. If you want your whole grade-level or teaching team running TALK Studios Games, the Grade License covers up to 10 people and gets each of them their own kit under one purchase.

The Grade License

  • You make one purchase and we email you a discount code good for up to 10 free TALK Studios Games kits. Share the code with your team. Each teacher enters it at checkout, pays nothing, and gets their own kit delivered straight to their inbox. Everyone ends up with their own license and their own download links, so nobody is chasing forwarded attachments.

  • Your code arrives by email shortly after purchase, in a separate message from your order receipt. If you don't see it within 15 minutes, check spam, then reach us at hello@talkstudios.com and we'll get it to you.

  • Anyone who will lead TALK Studios Games with their own group. One kit covers one leader, no matter how many classes or meetings that person runs. A teacher with five class periods only needs one redemption.

  • Contact us at hello@talkstudios.com. We work with whole schools and organizations, and we'll help you find the right setup for your group.

Running TALK Studios Games

  • The kit is written for students in grades 5 through 12, and the games work just as well with adults. Teachers run them in class, families play them at the dinner table, and teams use them to open meetings. The games stay the same while the conversations change with the group.

  • No. You don't need special training or perfect facilitation skills. Each game comes with a Five Second Set Up, a word-for-word intro script, and debrief questions, so you can read straight off the page. Pick a game, give an Opening Topic, set a timer, and let them talk.

  • Under 10 minutes, start to finish. Most groups talk for 3 to 10 minutes and then spend a couple of minutes on the debrief. If things get a little awkward in there, congratulations. You're having real conversations.

  • Play it again. The games are built to be repeated, because every conversation is different even when the prompt stays the same. Swap in a new Opening Topic, try a variation from the Leader's Guide, or move on to the next game. Over time you'll find favorite games, favorite questions, and your own way of running TALK Studios Games.

Refunds and Gifting

  • Because TALK Studios Games is a digital download, all sales are final once your files have been delivered. If something went wrong with your order, such as a failed download or a duplicate charge, email us at hello@talkstudios.com and we'll make it right.

  • Yes. Enter the recipient's email address at checkout and the download email will go straight to them. One heads-up: delivery happens within minutes, so if you're saving it for a birthday, time your purchase accordingly.
